The Supreme Court affirmed Agbu Kefas’ election as Taraba State governor.
In the lead judgement, Justice Lawal Garba rejected the appeal filed by the New Nigeria People’s Party and its governorship candidate, Yahaya Sani, for failing to provide an adequate record of appeal.
