Job Description

The interested candidate should be a self-motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenge of technical support and knowledge facilitation. The candidate should have the passion and zeal to solve clients’ issues and offer exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Use support specialist platforms to solve client challenges.
• Provide professional support services to clients.
• Ability to dispense knowledge in Coding, Robotics, and Information Technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot laptop, desktop systems and operational networks.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background in computer science
• At least a year in a support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Coding and Robotics skills.
• Technical Adaptability
