Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive at Landshop. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as conducting sales calls, ensuring conversion from self or company generated leads, providing customer support, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Lekki but with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and customer support experience
- Proven ability in lead generation
- Experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Positive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
