President Bola Tinubu is currently bestowing new ranks on the Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Christopher Musa, as well as the Chiefs of Army, Naval, and Air Staff.
The ceremony is held at the President’s office six weeks after their appointment, on June 19, 2023.
Major General Taoreed Lagbaja, Chief of Army Staff; Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, Chief of Naval Staff; and Air Vice Marshall Hassan Abubakar, Chief of Air Staff, are all honoured.
