On Monday, Twitter, a well-known microblogging service, removed the verification tag from Prof. Yemi Osinbajo’s account.
Before its removal, the exclusive verification tag was made just for government employees.
As of this publication, Osinbajo’s tag had been deleted, but the tag for the account of the former president, Major-General Muhammadu Buhari (retd), remained.
Today, May 29, 2023, Osinbajo and his boss, Buhari, turned over power to Bola Tinubu’s administration.
