Over two months have passed since chef and former Big Brother Naija housemate Uriel Oputa bid farewell to the All-Stars edition of the show.
Still immersed in the aftermath of her short-lived stint, Uriel recently opened up about her lingering sentiments and the unexpected turns her life has taken since her exit.
I left All-Stars feeling like a messed up. God had been so good,” she shared.
When Uriel initially joined the Big Brother show, she harbored dreams of a prolonged stay and significant achievements within the house. However, after just three weeks, she found herself getting evicted. Despite the initial disappointment, Uriel has remained relevant since leaving the house, acknowledging the great things she has achieved in her post-show experiences.
Expressing gratitude to God in a message to her fans, Uriel announced a gesture to show her appreciation. She plans to gift two lucky fans with new wigs from her Uriel London Wigs line.
Uriel’s post-Big Brother Naija journey has not been without its fair share of controversies. Notably, she found herself entangled in a media storm alongside Groovy Mono, a fellow contestant from the Level Up Big Brother edition. The controversy unfolded when images and videos surfaced online, suggesting an intimate situation between them. Initially confirming their romantic involvement on her Instagram story, Uriel later revealed that it was all part of a PR stunt for a brand deal.
Moreover, during her time in the Big Brother house, Uriel expressed admiration for Neo, another contestant, raising eyebrows with her gushing comments about him being her ideal match. However, since leaving the show, any potential romance between Uriel and Neo seems to have dissipated, with Neo maintaining a tight-lipped stance, and Uriel choosing not to elaborate further on her previous statements.
