Singer, actress, and media personality Vee Iye, also known as Victoria, took to the X platform to share her frustrations about the current state of affairs in Lagos, especially as Christmas approaches.

In a Twitter rant, she expressed concern over the escalating prices of goods, the proliferation of fake products, and the challenges faced by restaurants and clubs in handling the holiday rush.

Vee pointed out that many establishments in Lagos seem ill-equipped to handle the influx of people during the holiday season, leading to issues such as delayed concerts starting at 2 am, crazy traffic, and exorbitant cab prices. She humorously concluded her message by informing her followers that she won’t be venturing outside until the new year.

Restaurants and clubs clearly can’t handle the amount of people flooding into Lagos. Concerts are starting at 2 am. The traffic is crazy. Cab prices are extortionate. Everything is fake.

Everything is expensive.

l’ll see all of you in January abeg.”

It’s worth noting that Vee’s ex-boyfriend, Neo Akpofure, has also been making headlines due to rumored new relationship speculations with fellow BBN star Beauty Tukura. The two were recently seen holding hands at an event, sparking dating rumours.

In a podcast with a close friend, Vee had previously revealed that she was still single and intended to remain so for a while.
