Nollywood actor and former presidential aspirant Yul Edochie has taken to social media to assert his influence and respond to critics.
Edochie proclaimed that his name is larger than his enemies combined, vowing to bring them trouble and pain. This bold declaration sparked a wave of mixed reactions from netizens.
In the post, Edochie declared that his name, “YUL EDOCHIE,” overshadows all his adversaries combined. He emphasized that his light and influence are too powerful for his enemies to handle, promising to cause them significant discomfort.

His bold statement was met with a variety of reactions. Some users criticized Edochie, suggesting that his pride and refusal to acknowledge his wrongdoings were the real issues. One commenter, @gindiamonds, urged him to repent, saying,
Your pride will not allow you to admit you are on the wrong path. Humble yourself, repent and ask God to forgive you for all the years you committed adultery against your wife and for all the disgrace you have brought to your children. You need to seek the face of God, what you are going through is supernatural but nothing is too hard for God.”

In a related development, veteran actress Rita Edochie, Yul Edochie’s aunt, described his second wife, Judy Austin, as a detrimental influence. Comparing her to the venom of a python, Rita stated that such women fill their relationships with hate and bitterness, turning their partners’ lives upside down and making them subjects of ridicule. She prayed for men to find supportive and respectable partners instead.
