The actor earned this prestigious title through his performances in various successful films released in 2023, including Funke Akindele’s record-breaking movie, ‘A Tribe Called Judah’, as well as ‘The Kujus Again’, ‘Big Love’, ‘Honey Money’, ‘Something Like Gold’, and ‘The Bloom Boy’.

Akindele’s movie made a remarkable one billion, four hundred million naira at the box office, becoming the first Nollywood film to achieve such a feat in a short period of time. Her movies “Battle On Buka Street” and “Omo Ghetto: The Saga” are also among the highest grossing Nollywood films of all time.
