Award-winning Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has recently taken to social media to thank Nigerians for their love and support following the death of his first son, Kambilichukwu, a few weeks ago.
The news of Yul’s loss has continued circulating on the internet, alongside reports of a crisis in his marriage to his second wife, Judy Austin. Earlier this year, investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo stirred reactions online after revealing that a DNA test showed that Yul was not the biological father of Judy’s son.
This led to media personality, Daddy Freeze also sharing a similar revelation about a celebrity who discovered he was not the biological father of his child.
Yul raised eyebrows and questions after deleting Instagram posts of Judy and their son before deleting all other posts on his page hours later. However, amidst the rumours of a crisis in their marriage, Yul recently hailed his wife, Judy, after she took to her official Instagram page to heap words of encouragement and praises on him as he mourned the death of his first son.

In Judy’s post, she shared a photo of Yul and accompanied it with words of praise as she called him a great man. According to her, great men face significant challenges. Shortly after Judy praised and comforted Yul online, he reacted to her comment section. Yul appreciated her kind words and acknowledged her as his partner.
Returning to social media after a while, Yul thanked family and friends for their letters, calls, and visits to support and pray for his son and his family. While many appreciated the message, others wanted to know how his first wife, May Edochie, was doing and handling the loss of her first child and son, Kambilichukwu.
