Sani Mustapha, the state commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has warned the recently promoted officers of the Corps to be prepared for any difficulties that may come with their new positions.
The Commandant challenged the officers to view their promotion as an act of God and a summons to higher service in the Corps while speaking during the decoration ceremony for the newly promoted officers at the State command headquarters in Gusau.
He said that the Corps had promoted the officers to represent it with pride and he urged them to take initiative and exercise discipline in all circumstances.
Mustapha praised the Commandant General, Dr. Abubakar Ahmed Audi, for his generosity. In giving the officers this chance and emphasizing. That the promotion was a key component of the Commandant General’s vision and goal to put staff welfare first.
The Zamfara State Command promoted a total of 44 officers to various positions.
The most senior officer among the recently promoted officers, Deputy Commandant Muhammad Andi Garba. Congratulated the Commandant General and the Corps administration for promoting the officers in the Zamfara State Command.
He gave the Corps his word. That the promoted officers would be ready to sacrifice all for the good of the company.
