President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to delivering infrastructural development projects across all geopolitical zones in Nigeria.
Speaking during a recent engagement, Tinubu emphasised that his government would ensure the equitable distribution of projects to promote balanced growth and national unity.
Tinubu acknowledged the pressing need for improved infrastructure, including roads, railways, power, and water supply, to drive economic progress and improve the quality of life for Nigerians. He assured citizens that no region would be left behind in the federal government’s development agenda, stressing that inclusivity remains a cornerstone of his administration’s policies.
The president highlighted ongoing and planned projects aimed at connecting different parts of the country, enhancing trade, and creating employment opportunities.
He noted that infrastructure development is critical to unlocking Nigeria’s economic potential and attracting foreign investment. Tinubu also called for collaboration between federal, state, and local governments to ensure the successful execution of these projects.
In addition, the president urged Nigerians to remain patient and supportive as the government works to address the country’s infrastructural deficits. He reiterated his administration’s dedication to transparency and accountability in the allocation and utilisation of resources for these projects.
Tinubu’s remarks come amid growing calls for equitable development, with many regions advocating for more federal presence in terms of infrastructural development. His assurance is expected to bolster public confidence in the government’s efforts to foster nationwide progress.
