Job Description
We seek a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to co-found and lead our Branding, Marketing, and Sales Department. As our CMO, you will be pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, leading high-performing marketing and sales teams, and spearheading growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the branding, marketing, and sales functions of the business.
- Lead the expansion of Valueklip in new markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify Valueklip’s target audience, understand customer burning pains, and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Develop and execute a data-driven branding, marketing, and sales strategy aligned with Valueklip’s corporate objectives.
- Design and oversee the entire sales process and optimize conversion strategies.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various touchpoints to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Develop and manage the entire branding, marketing, and sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of scarce resources.
- Analyze branding, marketing, and sales data to measure performance, spot areas of improvement, and optimize ROI.
- Liaise with the Chief Executive Officer to define and track KPIs for the branding, marketing, and sales department.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build brand equity and maximize shareholders’ wealth.

- You have experience developing and implementing high-impact marketing strategies for businesses and have demonstrated the ability to deliver ambitious sales and growth goals.
- You have experience building and managing high-performing marketing and sales teams
- You have verifiable hands-on experience in the business-to-business software industry.
