Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.


  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, and videos).
  • Monitor social media insights, and recommend strategies to increase engagement and following on our social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Develop and manage the overall social media plan, providing clarity on activity, priorities, and success metrics/criteria.
  • Management of accounts on core social media platforms across all business areas and providing support/amplification for activity by team members in different departments. This includes both outbound posting of new content/activities and engagement/responding to dialogue in and around our activities.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Submit weekly reports on social media ROI, trends, and insight.


  • Minimum of B.Sc or its equivalent in any related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
