Are you an experienced Sales Account Manager with a proven track record of cultivating client relationships and driving revenue growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client partnerships within the [Software/Enterprise/B2B] sector.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels,
including networking events, cold calls, and referrals. Develop and execute strategies to
expand the client base and meet sales targets. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with
clients, understanding their needs and challenges. Serve as the main point of contact
and ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving. - Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions to meet
their business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals,
presentations, and product demonstrations that address client requirements. - Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and opportunities,
ensuring terms are mutually beneficial. Close deals and agreements while adhering to
company policies and procedures. - Account Growth: Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional
products or services to existing clients. Proactively identify ways to add value and help
clients achieve their goals. - Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and
Competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sales Account Management or a
a related field, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Industry Experience: Preferably experienced in [Software/Enterprise/B2B] sales, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry.
- Agile Approach: Possess a flexible and adaptive approach to managing client relationships and addressing changing business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Graduate Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully while maintaining a win-win mindset.
- Team Collaboration: Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
