The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives.
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
2. Analytical Support:
• Conduct thorough analysis to support decision-making across diverse business sectors.
• Develop and maintain analytical reports, financial statements, and investment documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data for strategic planning.
3. Pitch Deck Creation:
• Design and create visually compelling pitch decks for presentations to stakeholders, investors, and partners. • Collaborate with business units to gather accurate and compelling content for presentations.
• Ensure pitch decks align with overall business strategies and goals. 4. Information Management:
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for documents and reports.
• Streamline information flow to enhance decision-making processes.
5. Meeting Coordination and Follow-up:
• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
• Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
• Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
6. Travel Coordination:
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Ensure travel itineraries align with business priorities and time constraints.
• Provide support for remote meetings and virtual collaborations

11 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
