Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives.

Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

• Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.

• Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.

2. Analytical Support:

• Conduct thorough analysis to support decision-making across diverse business sectors.

• Develop and maintain analytical reports, financial statements, and investment documents.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data for strategic planning.

3. Pitch Deck Creation:

• Design and create visually compelling pitch decks for presentations to stakeholders, investors, and partners. • Collaborate with business units to gather accurate and compelling content for presentations.

• Ensure pitch decks align with overall business strategies and goals. 4. Information Management:

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for documents and reports.

• Streamline information flow to enhance decision-making processes.

5. Meeting Coordination and Follow-up:

• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.

• Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure completion.

• Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

6. Travel Coordination:

• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Ensure travel itineraries align with business priorities and time constraints.

• Provide support for remote meetings and virtual collaborations

Skills Required

1. Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and the preparation of investment-related

documents.

2. Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

3. Organizational Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Efficient management of competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

4. Discretion and Confidentiality:

• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

• Maintaining confidentiality regarding business strategies and financial matters.

5. Technology Proficiency:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.

6. Adaptability:

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced

environment.

• Quick decision-making skills and resourcefulness.

7. Collaboration:

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

8. Attention to Detail:

• Keen attention to detail in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

• Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of administrative and analytical tasks.

9. Initiative:

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities to support the Managing Director.

10. Flexibility:

• Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and business needs.

• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the demands of the role.

11 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
