Responsibilities
- Business Sourcing in the US: Formulate and execute strategies and roadmaps for sourcing new business opportunities.
- Rental Property Management: Oversee the management of rental properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance scheduling.
- Property Search and Opportunities: Conduct property searches and assess new investment opportunities for potential acquisition.
- Amazon FBA Management: Administer the company’s Amazon FBA accounts, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on business opportunities, market trends, and competitors as needed.
- Calendar management for Ahmad Isiaka, including scheduling appointments, stakeholder meetings, and internal team meetings.
- Manage email and correspondence, filtering and categorizing priority emails.
- Travel arrangements and event planning, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and conference registrations.
- Task prioritization and organization, utilizing project management software as appropriate.
- Administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and handling expense reports.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company and personal information.
- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the role of Executive Personal Assistant as assigned by the executive team
Qualifications
- Strong personal assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in diary management and scheduling
- Proficient in clerical skills, such as record-keeping and document management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
