Jamie Foxx’s close friend, Charles Alston, has requested that everyone send prayers and positive energy to the actor. Jamie has unfortunately been hospitalized for over three weeks after suffering a medical emergency.
Taking to Instagram, Charles asked for mercy from “Allah The Creator of the Heavens & Earth“. He also begged for his “merciful healing powers” over Jamie. Furthermore, he addressed Jamie as a “true champion” who will meet and overcome adversity.
Jamie’s daughter, Corinne, first announced on April 12 that her father had suffered a medical complication, and while he was already on his way to recovery thanks to quick action and excellent care, he has remained in the hospital for more than three weeks.
The Foxx family had asked for privacy during this difficult time and Corinne has not provided any updates since her initial statement. However, Charles’ plea for prayers has left fans and well-wishers anxious and concerned for the actor’s well-being.
