Job Description

Ayara Ibile is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in providing exceptional cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties according to established standards and procedures, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchen areas, and common areas as required, ensuring they are maintained in a tidy and hygienic condition.
• Empty trash containers and properly dispose of waste, adhering to recycling and waste management guidelines.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Uphold professional conduct and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role, preferably in a commercial or residential cleaning environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Integrity and reliability in maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients’ privacy.
• Must be around Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.
