Job Description
As a (Junior) CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will be reporting to the CRM Manager and working closely with the Global Brand and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Segment customer database based on various criteria to target specific customer groups effectively.
- Design and implement customer lifecycle management programs to optimize customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyse customer data, generate reports, and provide insights on customer behaviour, preferences, and trends
- Evangelise Plaion’s capabilities to the business and work with all departments to ensure CRM tools add value to the business, including cost-efficient marketing initiatives, consumer insights and customer service
- Assist with Plaion’s Direct marketing initiatives and deliver best-in-class campaigns, results and reporting
- Work with Brand and Marketing to ensure all communication is on brand and on message
- Work with Brand and Product development to implement appropriate in-game benefits and other incentives for loyal customers
Qualification
- 1-3 years Digital Marketing Experience
- Experience using CRM and Email Marketing tools
- Experience within the games or entertainment industry preferred; a passion for games and entertainment a must
- Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A motivated self-starter, able to define clear goals and objectives for success in an evolving role
- Technically literate, highly numerate and data driven, able to interpret statistics and analytics
- Strategic and process driven, able to project manage complex tasks
- A team player good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethic, interfacing with multiple internal departments across varied projects and priorities
- Excellent organisational skills – a keen attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, with good time management skills
- Great digital marketing instincts, able to translate brand and marketing goals into innovative digital initiatives
