The Supreme Court reserves judgement on Thursday on an appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its governorship candidate, Ladi Adebutu, in the March 18 election.
This comes as the five-member panel chaired by Justice John Okoro declined to hear the APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission’s cross-appeals, insisting on adhering to the conclusion of Adebutu’s primary appeal.
Adebutu’s appeal seeks to have the election declaration of Dapo Abiodun nullified.
