Kelechi Iheanacho.

It was not a rosy return to the dugout for Antonio Conte as Leicester stand-in skipper James Maddison inspired his side to an important win to move away from the relegation zone. After Rodrgio Bentancur had capitalised on an error from Leicester defender Victor Kristiansen. This ended up in favour of Kelechi Iheanacho.

Leicester scored twice in three minutes to lead through Nampalys Mendy’s brilliant first goal for the club and Maddison’s cool finish in his first game as captain deputising for Youri Tielemans.

Kelechi Iheanacho scored the third goal as his club secured a comeback after going 1-0 down. Kelechi is fondly called a senior man by his teammates, a Nigerian moniker for an individual who deserves respect.
