Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Liberty Hospitality Travels Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by selling our services to potential customers, representing our brand, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads through various channels, including email, phone, text, and social media, to promote our services and convert leads into loyal customers.


  • Selling Services: Promote and sell Liberty Hospitality Travels Limited’s services to potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as cold calls, warm calls, emails, social media platforms, and networking events, to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide personalized assistance and guidance throughout the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow-Up and Closure: Facilitate both cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule appointments, and follow through on calls with leads and current customers to address inquiries, provide information, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Referral Program: Source and leverage customer referrals as a valuable source of new business opportunities. Encourage satisfied customers to refer friends, family, and colleagues to Liberty Hospitality Travels Limited, and actively follow up on referrals to convert them into customers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and potential areas for growth.
