Work as part of the wider e-commerce , Brand & Marketing team to focus on developing key storylines throughout our store network, in line with seasonal collection drops.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the wider e-commerce , Brand & Marketing team to focus on developing key storylines throughout our store network, in line with seasonal collection drops.
- A core task of the role will be to develop and own a unique approach to ashluxury’s Visual Merchandising, that is recognizable globally.
- Seasonal collection layout planning, adhering to diverse regional tonality and buy
- Evaluating regional buy and implementing layouts that adhere to overall direction while acknowledging variation in product
- Creative and narrative input to showcase looks and Brand World through the Visual implementation
- Careful planning and global execution of product visibility, sku count on floor and adhering to an elevated client experience through correct amount of product on display dependant on selling environment – flagship, high traffic, corners, outlets etc.
- Ensure stores are visually interesting and regularly rotated to create “newness”
- Implement in-store product rotation plan in conjunction with merchandising delivery, launch schedules, MD period and giving stringent guidelines and maintaining adherence for global teams
- Popup creative input and research
- Ongoing competitor research
- Store capacity planning in partnership with the Creative Director, Design, Store design and Architecture team
- Manage and coordinate local market VM teams – feedback/follow up
- Train regional visual merchandisers and store staff on guidelines and general VM rules
- Work alongside Stores team to ensure correct usage of furniture and layout based on range plans and visual impact
- Assist Creative Director in looks selections for mannequins based on lookbook preference, stock ownership and buy volumes regionally
- Assist in development of creative ideas for product launches – press and consumer
