Job Description

Spearheaded design projects from ideation to fruition, closely collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Spearheaded design projects from ideation to fruition, closely collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes tailored for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure that designs resonate with brand guidelines while offering a seamless user experience.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, setting the design direction across diverse projects.
• Organize user testing sessions, assimilating feedback to refine designs.
• Stay abreast with contemporary design trends, tools, and technologies, infusing fresh and innovative solutions into projects.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a relevant domain.
• A minimum of 5 years of commendable design experience, supported by a robust portfolio highlighting web and mobile endeavors.
• Proficiency in design tools, notably Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Practical experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Adobe XD.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and the nuances of responsive design.
• Basic to intermediate competency in HTML/CSS.
• Stellar communication prowess with an ability to elucidate design decisions.
• Prior experience in mentoring or spearheading design teams will be regarded as an asset.
