Job Description
Lead and implement the Sales initiative of the company’s project assigned concerning working setting specific goals and working with his team to meet the goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the Sales initiative of the company’s project assigned concerning working setting specific goals and work with his team to meet the goals.
- Market the company property concerning the set goals and targets of the company.
- Ensure executive marketers are marketing the company property concerning set goals and targets of the company.
- Have a minimum of seven site inspections and close a minimum of two sales in a month.
- Create an affordable and efficient advert strategy to help boost the company reports image and marketing potential.
- Prepare and submit weekly report of activities highlighting achievements and challenges encountered during each week with recommended suggestions for better performance.
- And other related duties that shall be assigned to you.
Qualifications
- The candidate must have held a similar position at a reputable real estate firm for at least 3 years.
- The Candidate should possess a minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Estate Management or any related field.
- The candidate Must have Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.
- The candidate Must have good knowledge of the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- The candidate Should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
