Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify recruitment needs and create job posts.
- Develop sourcing strategies using social media and other innovative methods.
- Scout top talent on platforms like LinkedIn and conduct outreach.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Manage relationships with HR agencies to attract top-tier candidates.
Qualification
- 1+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in sourcing methods for both passive and active candidates.
- Strong technical knowledge to assess applicants effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Passion for gaming and/or Web3 is a plus.
