Job Description

As a Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling ourcomprehensive human resources service solutions. This includes training programs, recruitment services, CV writing services, online learning courses, HR support for SMEs, background verifications, and more. Your responsibilities will extend to crafting HR proposals and concept notes for NGOs, and responding to tenders and bids. Additionally, you will oversee the digital marketing team to drive awareness and publicity. Your success in generating revenue will be a key performance indicator.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development: 

∙Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

∙Sell a range of human resources service solutions to corporate clients, NGOs, and other

organizations.

∙Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Proposal and Bid Management: 

∙Develop HR proposals, concept notes, and responses to tenders and bids.

∙Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.

∙Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

Client Relationship Management: 

∙Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

∙Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

∙Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Digital Marketing Oversight: 

∙Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

∙Drive online awareness and publicity through various digital channels.

∙Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

Revenue Generation:

∙Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

∙Track and report on sales performance.

Proposal and Bid Success: 

∙The success rate in winning proposals and bids.

∙Timely and accurate submission of proposals.

Client Satisfaction: 

∙Client feedback on services provided.

∙Client retention rates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

∙2-4years proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the HR or

related industry.

∙Strong understanding of HR services and solutions.

∙Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

∙Ability to write compelling proposals, concept notes, and responses to tenders.

∙Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

∙Proactive and results-driven mindset.
