Job Description
Coordinate and oversee all technical activities ranging from design to installation and maintenance of outdoor advertisement projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the business
- Coordinate and oversee all technical activities ranging from design to installation and maintenance of outdoor advertisement projects.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company’s survival and growth.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain business goals.
- Design and oversee business development activities of the business
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
- Manage and motivate staff through excellent leadership skills
- Receive and review reports from subordinates and prepare summary reports for top management.
Qualification
- Minimum of HND from reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience (Experience in advertising is an added advantage)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Office packages
- Must be result oriented.
- Demonstrated experience in working with tight deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
